Muscular tension, functional limitations and pains are often the result of poor posture. In contrary to children who still have an instinctive, natural posture, we have aquired wrong habits – and suffer from them. The Alexander Technique enables us to recognise these habits, to change them and to go through life pain-free and agile.
As trained instructor for the Alexander Technique – acknowledged by the Alexander-Technik-Verband-Deutschland (ATVD) – I am available to you for single and group instructions, courses and introductory lectures. Within my lessons, I impart the theoretical and practical knowledge about how you can apply and internalize this simple and natural technique. I will teach you to pause in the midst of everyday stress and to adopt a considerate, natural posture that will have a positive effect on all your areas of life.
